SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
"Salledemode.com " provides shipping service worldwide, in 10- 15 working days after receiving the full payment. Please note that the shipping time starts from the date of receiving of total amount on our bank account. The shipment charges are included in the price of goods. ,,salledemode.com” is not responsible for other countries import legislation and product price does not include customs duties and taxes in your country.
Once your order is sent out from our warehouse you will receive shipping confirmation email with estimated delivery date and tracking number to follow its journey to you.
You can expect your items to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate and only depends on courier service. We can not guarantee exact delivery times because it depends on postal service, so we will not be responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with purchased and delivered goods, customer should inform the site administrator by email as soon as possible. "salledemode.com" guarantees a full refund of the returned items, if all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels should be intact. You can cancel your order and return (send back) purchased goods in max. 3 working days after the receiving date. In this case, shipping charges of return and exchange of the goods are paid by customer. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If goods are sent back in more than 3 days after receiving date, it will not be returned or exchanged. Refund of the money will be processed after package is delivered to our warehouse and the goods are inspected. Returned goods should be packed the same way as it was received, in corporate packaging. Products are non-refundable and will not be changed, if it shows even a minor injury. Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming receipt of the parcel. The goods can be exchanged or refunded based on customer requirements in max. 10 working days after you returned the items. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase. If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.

· Note that goods ordered by a costumer by mistake, will not be returned;
· We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake;
· In case, there are other reasons for return, we will discuss the case individually;
· Customers will receive the paid amount but not duties, taxes or tariffs.
